| Originally from Winthrop, MA, I am a 1995 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. My independently crafted BA titled ‘The Study of the Image through Photography, Video, and Art' focused on studying imagery from a variety of media, both traditional and modern technologically.
After working in Boston as a color specialist for three years I traveled to Israel where I began six years of intensive Torah study and was ordained as a rabbi in 2004.
Since then I have worked in Jerusalem as a freelance writer for a number of publications, I teach Torah whenever possible, and return annually to Congregation Tifereth Abraham in Winthrop to lead the community during the High Holy Days. With pleasure and gratitude I have been aiding that congregation as spiritual leader, advisor, and teacher for many years.
This site is an attempt to intertwine my many interests, talents, and creativity and express.
